Dr. Kommareddi is a board-certified pathologist with 25 years of experience in diagnostic pathology, laboratory management and accreditation excellence. Dr. Kommareddi has directed many successful laboratories, leading each to achieve required standards of patient care, accreditation and cost efficiency.

Her long-term association with both the private sector and the government has given her an in-depth insight into laboratory regulations. Dr. Kommareddi has led many inspection teams. She has also organized physician office laboratories and successfully carried them through accreditation. She is an experienced teacher.

The idea of establishing Laboratory Accreditation Consultants grew out of Dr. Kommareddi's personal frustration regarding accreditation readiness. Working as a medical director, Dr. Kommareddi experienced all the potential obstacles to maintaining accreditation excellence. Her expertise is a product of diligently working through these obstacles and succeeding in continuous accreditation readiness.

Dr Kommareddi strongly believes in customer care and satisfaction; she believes it can only be achieved through meticulous planning, practice, and working towards quality. She holds steadfastly to her belief that by maintaining accreditation, you maintain quality, and quality is the only tool by which you can consistently provide superior patient care.
